Yellow Ribbon Week interactive Stress Busters display at Libertyville High School based on Put Your Worries Here:  A Creative Journal for Teens with Anxiety.  Students tried releasing anxiety using bubble wands, kinetic sand, essential oils, body markers, squishies, nature videos, super-calming music, tracing their toes, and putting their anxious thoughts through a shredder!
